I have lost BBC ITV ch4 ch5 HD channels.
The signal strength is reported as 100%
The channels are working when I view direct to my TV.
I am tired of repeatedly having to reset my router and EE Pro box .
The Pro box is not fit for purpose. It does not work.
I am constantly making compromises to use this box .
Switching to IP mode is not a fix if it is not possible to fast forward through adverts on recordings , surely that is one of the reasons to record commercial channels.
I had none of these problems with the previous BT 4k box
When are EE going to fix this box
Do EE/BT have an alternative TV box that actually works.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Steve3251
Thanks for coming back to the community.
I can understand your frustration at losing the channels.
If this is still happening after resetting the router and the box, and re-tuning the channels, I would recommend speaking to our tech guides, who can look into this further for you and discuss the options.

Box switched off for 30 minutes and then the hd channels returned.
Its hardly a good solution.
I am extremely disappointed with this box .

If you have af figure of 100% for signal strength what is the signal quality value on the Box Pro ? A low or fluctuating signal quality value will impact the availability/quality of the channels.
A common issue is when the signal received is too strong and is normally be easily resolved by inserting a variable attenuator to reduce the signal strength to say 85to90% whilst the signal quality should ideally be at 100%.
