NowTV on Apple TV

Hi, I’ve just subscribed to EETV packages and use my Apple TV to watch content rather than the EE box. My Netflix is all working with no issues but I cannot figure out how to access NowTV. It comes up as part of my package but cannot find it in the EETV app and when I try to watch a programme through the NowTV app it prompts me to subscribe. I previously had a NowTV account so not sure if that’s screwing things up as didn’t get an email similar to the one for Netflix

Hi @Jamiemurray21,

When taking NowTV you should either have had an e-mail come out to setup a password after which you can login and watch. Or if you already had a NowTV subscription the process would have been to send a PIN to your e-mail address to validate and then link your subscription and account.

If you have not received any e-mails and nothing has landed in your spam/junk or promotions folders either, the best bet will be reaching out to one of our guides on 150 from an EE Mobile or 0330 123 1105 from any phone so they can access your account and help get it sorted.
