Now tv password doesnt work

What ever i do my password and password recovery doesn't work for now tv..im sure its an admin mistake..I keep getting fobbed off by ee..saying it will work eventually...

 

How do I get to someone at now or ee to resolve this..?

I think ive the same issue im getting fobbed off by ee tech.. wish I just joined now tv myself without ee...

How did you get hold of the right ee person for this..

Hi @Jamestheb 

I can see that your Now TV account is using the correct email address, and it shows that you've successfully set a password on it, so everything looks good from our side.  When you visit https://www.nowtv.com/gb/sign-in and sign in, what issues do you experience?  If it says your password is incorrect, have you tried using the password reset?

One important thing to note is that your password for Now TV isn't linked to your EE ID - you may have a different password for each.

Had one email then I missed it ..link doesn't work then radio slience..no email came again..

I've just sent a password reset for Now TV to your email - could you please use that, or let me know if you haven't received it?

Now I get unable to reset password try later..

 

 

OK.  We have 2 options:

1. You can contact Now TV to ask why their web site isn't allowing you to reset your password.

2. I can unlink your Now TV account from that email address and link to a different one.  As you use gmail, we could add full stops to your email - e.g. if my email address was darrendev@gmail.com I'd also be able to use darren.dev@gmail.com and it'd still come to my same mailbox (but Now TV would see it as a different account).

If you want to take option 2, email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk and I'll take you through it step by step.

My order is with ee..why am I sorting this out..

Contractually you are responsible for this..not me..!!!!

Its your issue to resolve my payment for the service is with ee that you are not meeting 

 

I could try raising it as a fault with Now TV on your behalf, but I doubt it'll go anywhere - you could end up not being able to use your account for a very long time.

It would be much quicker for you to contact Now TV, or change the email address.
