Now sports HD not working

Hi recently got ee tv and can’t watch any Sports in HD just get message quoting a reference of       BTP 11195c 

picture on now app is fine but not through ee guide on normal and HD doesn’t work any ideas please? Thank you

Your package probably doesn’t include HD. You have to pay £6 per month for an add on with most packages.

Ahh ok makes sense, I will call them tomorrow and see what they can do, only just set up today, thanks for your reply.
