Hello,
When I first got my broadband and TV package the TV box connected first time to the router and worked perfectly for about 6 weeks.
Unfortunately, the TV box has disconnected from the router and will not connect back up again. I’ve tried turning the router on and off again, I’ve tried turning the tv box on and off again. Nothing seems to be working? Can anyone help?

Have you checked the settings for your TV box, that is the internet, username and password are correctly entered?

Did you use the sequence TV Box off, router off, wait two minutes, router on, let it settle, TV Box on, reconnect?
If not, try that sequence,

If you are still struggling with WiFi, can you connect the Pro Box to the router via an Ethernet cable? Not a long term solution, just to check if there is a more serious problem with the WiFi setup.
