Now Tv Entertainment missing

I have got the full sports bundle including now tv ent and cinema and only recently (today) the now ent and cinema are not working and it says I must subscribe. I am already paying over £100 a month for everything. Please can anyone help

Welcome to the EE Community

How is it you are trying to watch the Now TV, via the channels on your EETV box? If so do you still get a not subscribed message if you try and access via the Now TV app? 

Is there any software update available for your box and have you tried rebooting your box to see if this resolves the problem?

We can see that you have requested for an upgrade to our full works but that seems to have failed hence you are unable to access the service so the order needs to be recovered . Tagging @DarrenW-Tech
