Now Tv App not recognising subscription

Moved from BT to EE. Now I cannot access Now Tv through the Now tv app, it says I need an active membership, which I have.

 

Any suggestions.

Your login for the Now TV app is a hotmail.com email address - not the live.co.uk email address you use for these forums.  Are you using the correct one in the app?

I’ve got to say I’ve had more trouble with EE than I ever had with BT since they switched over and NOW TV is the worst company it’s been my misfortune to have experienced. You can’t get to speak to a human being, you get pushed around from pillar to post and end up more frustrated than when you started. Why SKY let them take control of their services is a joke.

I have EE TV with the NOW TV package bundled in. I can watch NOW TV perfectly well via the EE box however we are unable to watch it on the iPad despite being connected to the EE broadband.I have EE TV with the NOW TV package bundled in. We used to be able to watch it on the tablet but for some reason over the last week or so we are unable to, whenever you try to click on a programme to watch it ask you to subscribe. But for some reason over the last week or so we are unable to, whenever you try to click on a programme to watch it ask you to subscribe.I can confirm that we are using exactly the same logins on the EE TV box as well as the NOW TV app on the iPad. I have exactly the same problem (as do others on here in various threads).  Is there a solution?

@JED14 your Now TV account is associated with a hotmail.com email address similar to the one you're logged onto here with (without the leading j).  Email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk if you need help with this.

Hi there, I’m having the same problem. When I login to the Now website it asks me to subscribe to packages that I already have subscribed to through BT. What should I do? Please help urgently!!!

Visit the Now app on your BT box, and go to Settings. This will tell you what account name you are logged on as (though it won’t tell you your password).

Ensure you log on with exactly the same details on the Now website, hopefully being able to remember your password.
