I have a standard EE TV package that includes Netflix and Now TV. both these apps work fine on The EE TVbox and the EE mini box. I have download the Now TV app onto a smart TV and downloaded the NOW TV app and signed in.But is shows that I have no membership and asking me to purchase membership. Tried it on my IPad , same result.
any advice…. Thanks

Your account pairing between Now TV and EE TV is unfortunately broken - EE TV knows about Now TV, but their system doesn't know about your EE TV account.
To fix this, I'll need to disconnect your account and then connect it again. To do this, I need to email you a PIN which I need you to send straight back to me (it only lasts 10 minutes).
Please email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk when you're available to complete this - I'll be around for another 15 minutes this evening, or this can be done tomorrow.
