I am trying to log in to the Now app on my mobile phone. I have tried using my ee credentials but it doesn’t know the password and will not let me change any password it may have. 
Am I able to log into this app or not. If yes how do I. Like others I have difficulty getting a response from EE Customer Service.

@Negus10 your account is set up correctly, using the same email address you logged into this forum with. I've sent you a password reset email, in case you need it (if you don't, you can delete it with no impact).

Hi I have been able to sign in to NOW on my computer but when trying to access it on the TV I am told to sign into my apple account to get the app. When I try to sign in with my apple ID its says that by software needs updating or go the appleid.apple.com. I'm unable to sign in there too,

I started this process sometime ago and forgot I even had NOW and discovery+ access until the recent HBO Max announcement.  Help needed. Thanks. 

@sdenises there are a few things to unpick here, so let's deal with them one at a time.

Your Apple ID isn't something we can directly help with, as we have no visibility of it.  If you go to https://appleid.apple.com and try to sign in, what happens? You said you're unable to sign in, but why? What error do you see? Have you tried a password reset?

Once we've sorted this, we'll go onto the next step.

Thanks for your response. When I try to sign in I reach as far as verification and I get to the stage of verifying my paypal account, then I cannot go further.

I tried to reset the password and got this error message '

Your request could not be completed. This action could not be completed due to an error. Please try again later. No idea what I'm doing wrong. This action could not be completed due to an error. Please try again later.

Any thoughts?

I assume you have configured a Paypal account for Apple purchases?  If so, why can you not go further?

I would recommend giving Apple a call directly - they should be able to guide you through the steps necessary to reset your Apple ID: 0800 107 6285
