Hello, have recently upgraded my package from BT to EE which included Now TV boost however when i try login to watch Now TV on my mobile phone for example it asks me to login, which i use my EE account info and it says it doesnt recognise my account? Any ideas as i have never previously had Now TV so never had an account before and from infk ive seen my EE details should allow me to login?

Requesting you to send an email to eetvsupport@bt.com with your billing account number and the email address you want the NOW subscriptions to be linked to assist you better on this.
