I have no BBC, ITV or Channel 4 channels. We have had serious pixelation problems especially on BBC over the last few days so followed instructions to reset but now channels are missing. Only been with this since 23rd Dec and second issue already. 1st had to have an engineer sent out

EE aren’t reporting any issues, but I think the above affects EE as well.

@Rackny  Is that via an aerial or IP mode ?  If it’s via an aerial you need to check your coax  cable.   I had a similar issue and it was the aerial terminals  having a poor connection.   I have 3 TVs using the same aerial and two had no issues at all it was just one TV so I knew it was going to be the aerial coax cable to this TV.  In my case it wasn’t the cable end goes to the TV box it was the cable end that goes in to a splitter.  I had to replace a plug as soon as I did that everything got tuned back in.   I didn’t lose every channel but BBC 1/2 were two of them.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's internet channels but evidently there is an issue that BT are aware of. Will check again tomorrow. Thanks anyway

I don't have access to the above link checker as I don't have a landline number anymore.

Someone needs to tell BT/EE that you dont need a landline for their full fibre broadband and TV  😂

EE Apple TV box, EE mini box, Full Fibre 900, Sky Stream

Well it was a message at the top of the screen, didn’t need you to enter a number.

But your point about that stands…
