Received email from EE telling to activate Netflix but the link does not work. I have an existing Netflix account.

If you're able to watch content, it sounds like your subscriptions have been activated.

Thank for your reply. I don't get any error messages -when I click on activate nothing appears to happen. When I login to the app the Netflix and Discovery activation buttons appear, but again, nothing happens when I click on them. The screen momentarily goes blank and then the buttons return. Both services are available on the TV so perhaps they are already activated, so I will give up until they stop working!

We state Netflix can be chosen as an added extra but the option isent even listed on mine?
