New to EE TV - requesting a second box

Have been with EE TV for a month or so now after 27+ years with Sky and am rather impressed so far.

Is a second box for upstairs free or chargeable per month, as have read conflicting discussions??

I'm not sure what box you have at the moment but multiroom via EE is very different (and less advanced than you would have had with SkyQ/Stream). The second and third box (they limit you to 3 still at the moment) are all non-recordable. There is no planner sharing so the multiroom box can't access recording on the Box Pro (if you have that). There is also no option of having a second or third Apple TV (really annoying).
