Hi,
Just joined EE broadband with EE TV and taken the sports bundle for sky sports and TNT sports.
Now TV is stating that I have no subscriptions and the TNT channels are giving internet connection errors.
Any ideas on how I resolve these issues?

Has your EE broadband gone live yet?
Did you receive any emails from Now with your subscription details?
Are you able to view other channels on your box?

Hi,
EE Broadband is active and I can watch channels on the EE TV box. The TNT sport channel, on the channel guide, come up with an error that suggests broadband is off, which it clearly isn't. now TV doesn't see my sky sports subscriptions.

Are you using an email address that you had previously used for Now?
Is there a particular error code showing on the TNT channels?

With a TNT channel selected it states the following

I changed my EE email straight away as my old virgin one will be gone in 90 days. The now TV account uses the same email.

Was it the Virgin email that you registered with us when you first joined, or a different one?
Your NOW subscription will automatically be set up with whatever email you registered, but it is possible to query this if you get in touch with our team 😊

It was a virgin email address registered with EE, I changed it yesterday. I did try the virgin email with nowtv but that didn't work either.

@Bjonkster I would definitely recommend checking which email address the team have registered now.
Once they've confirmed this, if you head over to the NOW Password reset page and pop in the correct address, this should allow you to reset it and then log in to your account.
