I’ve got this error on the new box which I received last week. It’s connected via Ethernet cable directly to the ee smart hub plus router. Box is certainly connected to net and when I logon to Netflix and prime it works great. However no tv channels will display when I select them from the guide and I just get the ipc6023 error
