I have just moved from BT to EE and yesterday I set up the TV mini box while still under BT broadband and Tommy surprise it worked straight away no issues. Today now I have moved to Ee and set up the EE main router and tv main box the mini boxes are not working at all? I am using the mini boxes over WiFi and changed this to the EE WiFi connection with new password etc

Your TV service can only be active on a single line at a time. The fact that the TV Box Mini worked on your previous line yesterday suggests that it hadn't moved yet.
What's your service activation date? On that day, the TV subscription should switch from the old line to the new one.
