@Andylarky Thanks for your reply. Grateful if you could mark my suggestion as a solution for you.

I’ve stuck with using internet mode on my box and have rarely come across any occasions where I’ve had an issue with wanting to record 2 programs at the same time while watching a 3rd live program. If I have then once the program has aired I’ve just added it to my Watchlist and viewed it in that way. Alternatively you can always scroll back through the TV guide, find your program, and view it from there.

Hope the comments are useful

@Andylarky  In aerial mode you can record four programs at once and in Internet mode you can record two programs at once and watch a different channel altogether.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Hi thanks for letting me know I've only just had the box installed by a EE
engineer on Friday past but I cannot get it to record two programs and
watch another channel I think I will need to call EE and have them to send
out another engineer thanks again.

Hi Chris _B I've been in touch with EE about my new EE pro box and they said that yes I can record two channels but I can't watch another channel.

@Andylarky @Chris_B From my understanding you can record 2 programs at the same time in internet mode but not watch a third live tv channel. You can however record 2 programmes at the same while watch a 3rd on catchup. You can only record one program in internet mode if you want to watch a 2nd programme on live tv at the same time.

If you are in aerial mode you can record 4 programs at once while watching a 5th on catchup etc

Hi thanks for letting me know I will now sort out how I record and watch TV we get a lot of pixilated TV signals where we live we even had a new aerial installation but still get interference so just going to stick with internet connection and not use aerial but might change back later once again thanks
