I have an existing Netflix account and I pay to have an extra member. I was told by EE customer support that on my new contract that I could have Netflix as an add on and then pay additionally to have an extra member. I am struggling to find this option. Can you help?

This isn't something you can do directly with EE/BT - you can manage your extra members via the Netflix web site:

Disappointed as this is the message on Netflix. It would appear that I was given the wrong information from EE. Can you help?

Bad service all round, especially from Netflix. Extra Member not possible to pay for in addition to existing account, if that account is through EE. I offered to pay Netflix through direct debit for extra member and they said it was not possible. Very poor. Can EE look into this for the future?

I'm already on the case @David222 - I've been tracking down partner manager for Netflix. I'll try to find out whether it's something we have planned.

Unfortunately I've had it confirmed in writing that it's not possible to add Extra Member accounts when billed via EE - Netflix don't offer this feature via billing partners, so it's not something we can offer to customers.
I can only apologise for the incorrect information you were provided.

Hmm, wish I had found this out before I added this extra and the £10 extra for Premium just to maintain everything, switched over the billing to my EE plan and now have my inlaws saying they can't get Netflix.
Going to have to switch back to my wife's billing, buy the extra person benefit account and remove the £10 extra for my own account. Properly mucked things up with this. Seems like an arbitrary thing not to accept.

I have just switched to EE TV. I have not activated my Netflix account as I do t want to lose my extra member. Can I add Netflix to apps and sign in without going through EE TV Netflix?

Hi @Lisacpettit
Welcome to the community.
You can login the the Netflix app using any login, but if you don't activate the one that you get with your plan, you'd carry on being charged through your current payment method.
Michael
