I have got EE TV with sports package, and added Netflix as a tv extra. I already had a Netflix account and the EE instructions said to just sign in as normal on EE tv and it would automatically link it.
However, my Netflix account is still showing as me paying separately, rather than as via my EE bill.
Any ideas?

I'm told that you shouldn't just sign in with your existing credentials. Instead, use the sign up link shown in the Netflix app on the TV Box, but then use your existing email address during that process. This will cause the account to switch across to EE billing.

I initially signed in but then signed back out and restarted the process. I clicked the join/sign up button on the Netflix app on the tv box and used my existing email address, and it still hasn’t linked the account. Any ideas?

Did it ask you for payment details during the sign up process? It shouldn't - instead, it should show a screen indicating that it'd be billed through EE.
I've checked your account and confirmed that everything looks good here. I see you have an engineer visit booked this morning for your broadband - after they've gone, could you please try one more time and confirm whether it shows the correct message? (there's no harm in trying multiple times - as long as the same email address is used each time, no additional accounts/charges will be raised).

I have the same issue. Just started with EE, I've used my netflix account through the TV box for the last few weeks as normal. But as of today its asking me to sign in and make a payment of a basic, standard or premium account. I can use my netflix account through my smart tv as normal. But it's not letting me log into my account through the BT EE tv box

Your Netflix account is showing as unclaimed @Erdtree - please use the "Sign up" link in the Netflix app on your TV Box using the account you have already set up. It'll show that EE is taking over your account, after which you'll then be able to use the app on all devices.

Hi, I have clicked on the join up button again and it still hasn’t linked the account. It takes me to create an account, I enter my existing account email address (which is different to my EE account email address) and create a password which is my existing password with Netflix, and it just lets me in. It doesn’t say it’s linked it to my EE bill. Please advise

It looks like you've now cancelled your TV service, so I'm not able to dig any further into why your activation didn't complete. Sorry I couldn't help on this occasion.
