Hi - I've had my EE TV box and internet for maybe around two months, and Netflix has never seemed to stream in full HD like I'm paying for. It seems to constantly be at 480p, 540 if I'm lucky.
Restarting the app and the box does nothing, and since netflix works fine in full HD on other devices I can only assumes its something to do with the box.
I've been through the help guides and changed the view settings from UHD 10bit to 8bit, which also did nothing. What could the issue be?

If you are still having trouble with the quality @Chogbill, it would be best to get in touch with our tech guides, and get a fault raised as @DarrenDev mentioned.

Is the only way to raise a fault via the phone? I'm really not happy with the TV box and would like to find some sort of solution but I don't have a great deal of time to sit on hold during the times I can actually make a call. Isn't there an email or live chat service?

I’m having issues again with the picture quality on my pro box (wired connection). Quality is perfectly fine using a mini box wirelessly and on my smart TV. I also need to know how I can raise a fault, there is obviously a fault with the box.
