Netflix - EE TV Billed THROUGH EE

Good Afternoon,

 

I’m trying to add Netflix to my EE TV Package, I want to be billed through EE and NOT Netflix 

I’ve tried adding this through My EE App, however when I do this it tries re contracting my TV and Broadband package from another 24 months

 

this add on is a rolling add on and should not try to recontract everything else?

 

Can anyone offer any advice?

If you have a an EE TV STB, you can directly sign-up to Netflix on the app in STB which will be added to your EE bill, I believe.

Have you tried activating it through the active netflix link when you sign into your EE account?

EE Apple TV box, EE mini box, Full Fibre 900, Sky Stream

@DallenServices   What TV box are you using ?    Because EE TV hasn’t been out long enough for anyone to be out of contract. 

Are you using a BT supplied TV box ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

My TV Box is provided by EE, the same as my broadband, 

my contract is not up for renewal, however when I’m trying to add Netflix, it still tries to tie me in for another 24 months,

 

Going to try contacting the EE TV Sales team because this shouldn’t be happening, although have struggled to get through due to EE being very busy with current Black Friday deals
