EE TV Guide

Hello 

New to EE TV and have noticed something which I am not sure if I need to adjust a setting or learn to live with. 

When I go on to the TV guide and search for channels and select the channel I want to view, if I go back on to the TV guide then later it takes me directly back to that channel I was watching and not back to the start of the TV Guide.

Is there anything I can do to get this to always start back at the top of the TV guide or is it something I have to get use to and scroll back to the top when back on the TV guide. 

Any advice or guidance most welcome

It has been intentionally designed like this @Welshy89 - channels are generally grouped together by genre, so it's considered more likely that you'll want to switch to a channel similar to the one you're on, rather than always wanting to go back to channels 1-5.  Have you tried using the Favourite Channels feature to put all your most watched channels together in one list?

Hi Darren. I have a slightly different question. I’ve just setup my EE TV box. When I click on Home button, next to the Guide icon under Live TV, there are shortcuts to 10 different channels. Is there a way of editing these channels?

Oh no! Surely that is a feature that needs to be added?

Would be great to have shortcuts to all my favourite channels in there.

I agree - it would be a great feature, and it has already been requested from customers many times before.  It's been on our list of feature requests right from the start, but unfortunately hasn't happened so far.

Please please please can we have this feature added as an option? Keeps everyone happy that way 🙂
