My EE TV box automatically signs me into a NOW TV account, one which doesn't have any subscriptions on so I have to log into my account every time I go on NOW TV on my TV, how do I stop this from happening? It's bs

If the Now account with the subscriptions is a Now account via EE TV, then call 150 and get the account with no subscriptions removed, and the account with the subscriptions set as your EE TV Now account, as it should be.

But if the account with the subscriptions on it is one set up direct with Now, and you don’t want to do the above to have it become a Now account via EE TV, then there isn’t much you can do about thi on your EE TV devices, as the Now account via EE TV will always automatically get set in any Now app on any EE TV device.

But it won’t get overwritten on any other device, so in those circumstances I would set it on the Now app on a smart TV, or a smart stick, and use that app to watch my Now content, instead of trying to watch it on an EE TV device.

@jajdj as you don't have an active Now TV subscription with EE TV, I've detached your old account.  You should now find that the app won't automatically log you in anymore.

Every time I go to the NOWTV app on my EE box it has logged me out and links to an account that isnt mine. Any ideas? My Nowtv subscription is direct with them.

Hi I’m having the issue. I do have a subscription to Now tv via bt/ee but everytime the tv is switched on it’s logging into a random account. We sign out of now tv on the tv box, exit now, reopen now and the same random id signed in 

@marcushaylock the broadband for your account is showing that it has been offline since midday on Monday, so your TV Box cannot find your account.  I cannot match the connection you've posted from to a valid account, so I'm quite confused about what is happening - possibly your broadband line is crossed with someone else's?

We are having this issue too! 
My partner has his own Now TV account which he uses sometimes to watch football, but every time he goes to use it it’s logged into another Now TV account and I don’t even have one so I’m unsure why. So he has to log out to log back into his own account and it’s a bit of a long winded process. It also logged him in and out a few times the other day when he was watching it so a little annoying if anyone is able to help.

@Caprice121 the Now TV Entertainment pack is included as part of your EE TV Subscription, so you do have an account.  If I disconnect your account from your broadband (to prevent it auto signing in), then it would also remove the Now TV entertainment channels from your TV Guide.

We could link your partners Now TV account to your EE account if you'd prefer, however it would mean that subscription would be charged to your EE bill in future months, and any offers your partner has for discounted subscription would be cancelled (i.e. they'd be added to your EE bill at full price).
