NOW does not appear to recognise my email address, despite me having NOW TV as part of my EE TV package. Any advice would be appreciated, as I'd like to get access to NOW TV on my laptop

It recognises your email address but not your password @sedward1 - you haven't set one yet.
Simply visit the Now TV web site or app, and request a password reset using the same email address you logged into this forum with.

Is it possible that a different email address was nominated when you signed up. If you go into the account settings in the NOW app on your TV box you will also be able to see which email address is in use - If this is incorrect then EE will be able to update it
