My apps are working but i have no subscription channels

I have tried rebooting every apps work fine but not normal tv tried calling but number not work and neither is the service checked

Your EE TV channels won't be available on the TV Box until after your broadband activation. Your post to this forum was from Sky Broadband, so I'm guessing you haven't switched yet. What's your agreed activation date?
