Missing tv channels

Hi i have the full tv package and last night was watching SKY 1 . The tv picture started freezing like it normally does and then the channel went off now when I try to access any if the entertainment channels I get the code BTP-11195c any ideas how to solve this?

If you're getting this error code, please give us a call and our TV guides can get the connection and account looked into and see what is needed to get this resolved.

Sorry about that @Laurence104 - I can't tell why, but your account had a mistake on it.  I've corrected it now.
