Mini tv box

Just changed over from sky tv to ee. We have been given a mini box for another room with our subscription. We’ve set it up but when we click on the channels just says we need to set up HD channels . We’ve already set up the ee pro box downstairs so why can’t we watch normal channels on the mini box? Seems a waste of time because most of the channels show as HD yet show the same message yet I don’t understand what I need to set up.

We also changed from sky to ee and have yet to receive the mini tv box despite countless phone calls and messaging chats with ee. A 2 hour journey to the store we ordered from and over an hour on the phone today and it still isn't resolved. Really feel like cancelling as am beginning to feel like they think I am lying about receiving it. The store manager even spoke to them and said it was standard for the box to come with my order.

Welcome to the EE Community, and thanks for taking the time to highlight the experience you've had here too. 

If the Mini TV Box was part of your order we'd absolutely expect this to be provided with the rest of the equipment you received. 

Do you have the Pro TV box as well?

Also how were things left with you when you last spoke with our team about this?

Hi

I have to wait for a text message to be sent to me to then email an ee consultant who should be able to get the information to the connections team. I did however find the original email with the order details so that may shed light on why it hasn't arrived as it isn't listed. Should that be the case and is that the fault of the person who placed the order in the first place

If it wasn't on the original order email, it does sound like it may have been missed off, but the connections team will check that for sure when the guide comes back to you.

If it was, I'm sure they'll be able to get it added and out to you.
