Ordered a TV. Tried to cancel it as soon as I ordered it but had to wait for it to be delivered as was informed they couldn't cancel it. So then I called customer service to have it returned. It was passed to a floor walker Ryan who said I should read the terms and conditions on how to return it. 'How to return it' refered me to calling them. He then gave me a wrong number which I then looked up and he had given me the customer service number with one digit missing. Then I call back and get told to call channel returns. I call the number and there isn't a return option so I'm back at customer service with an agent that is poor and won't put me through to a manager. Then says they will call back in 48 hours. Thanks Ryan and Eve. Poor customer service. Try and get some more training. So now I am stuck with a TV and want to return it. I saw a better and better one for cheaper on AO. Is this how you stop people returning items? Make it as difficult as you can. Your service today has been so bad.

Did you purchase this as an add-to-plan on shop.ee.co.uk, or was it as an outright purchase on store.ee.co.uk?
For any Online Shop purchases you can request our online return form at Returning a device or SIM within 14 days.

Still have the TV bought it outright. No call from parcelforce and I still have the TV. Do you make it difficult to people have to keep it? Could this be escalated as I've been trying to resolve this for about 2 weeks now.

Have you been able to generate a RMA code?
You can track the progress of the return by logging into your account and clicking the ‘View orders and returns’ section. You’ll see the status of your order in there.
