TV box pro stopped working

Our EE TV box pro has stopped working. When it’s switched on everything appears to work, the EE display appears on the TV then goes and that’s it, nothing. We have rebooted the box several times and the BT router, no change.

Any suggestions please?

Could you try the steps in the EE TV Box Not Working or Keeps Freezing Help page and check the status of your EE TV to see if this helps.

I’ve already reset the box multiple times without success. The EE symbol appears on the TV screen for a few seconds and then goes. No channels, apps or anything else appears. All cables are correct. The system has just stopped working.

The link to check that status of EE TV does not work it just takes you round in circles.

If you've checked everything on that page, and the box is still doing the same, I'd recommend giving our EE TV guides a call so they can look into this further for you.
