so a weird thing happened, I was watching channel 4 on my EE TV mini box in the lounge so I wanted to watch YouTube on my phone too, so I launched YouTube on my phone and it came up with both my EE TV boxes so out of curiosity I tapped one of the boxes and I got a full on YouTube app that seems to be hidden away, is this a bug or is EE and Google testing a YouTube app but it wasn't available to the general public until a future software update? The thing is it's not hard to do as well, and you can even sign into your Google account, the only thing annoying is the red box in the lower left hand corner
Image I have attached is my EE TV Box pro with a fresh YouTube app loaded too

Yes, this was noticed by someone else on this forum last week. It will be properly made visible on the menu as soon as we've received certification from Google.

The YouTube app is now available on the TV Box Pro and TV Box Mini - simply check for software updates, and it will appear. Alternatively, boxes will update themselves overnight tonight.

It looks like you turn the power to your TV Box Pro off overnight @Jeannie02 - this prevents it from automatically updating. If you select the cog from the main menu (top right corner), then Software Information, then Check For Updates. Your box will reboot, after which you'll have the YouTube app.
