Lost TV channels

I have just switched from BT to EE and have now lost a number of channels I used to watch. Can anyone explain why this is?

Yes it’s the WiFi extender upstairs that is still flashing orange ?

OK great.  So simply follow the instructions in the link I posted, to pair it with your hub again.

How can I cancel this as nothing seems to be working the same since I’ve moved to EE, box flashing orange still & channels missing off tv.
Not a happy house, just been billed off bt & ee have now advised me of their bill & the last 2 weeks I’ve had no service!!
Kind Regards

I just need you to follow the instructions @F4rley63 - I can't fix it for you remotely. One issue at a time is best.

If something doesn't work, you need to say what happens and let me know any errors you see.

If channels are missing, you need to say from which device and which channels.

Alternatively, you can call the helpdesk and arrange for an engineer to come set it up for you.

Now I’ve got no apps?!
Can you send an engineer out please & can I have the contact number to call someone as just want to cancel, can’t even watch tv after being at work all day, nothing available & I’ve really lost all my patience now with it

Cancelling won't help I'm afraid - in fact it'll only make everything worse, as everything will need to be set up again from scratch. It's your choice though.

You'll need to call us either way - I'm afraid I can't arrange an engineer visit for you. The number is 0330 123 1105.

I have exactly the same problem. Don't know what to do.  Hope someone can help.  Am reluctant to reset as someone commented this didn't work.  Comments please

Hd channels such as 101 and the plus one channels

@Bjn1 It sounds like you're in Internet Mode - https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/manage-use/modes

The HD channels are where the SD channels used to be - e.g. BBC 1 HD is at position 1, not 101.  There are no +1 channels.
