I have just switched from BT to EE and have now lost a number of channels I used to watch. Can anyone explain why this is?

If you have a TV Box Pro then you can connect a TV aerial to the box, and receive all the channels available in your area.  If you set the box up without an aerial, or you took the Apple TV or TV Box Mini options, then it'll only offer the channels available in internet mode: https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/manage-use/modes

I’ve just had EE fibre box

Why is our modem box still flashing orange?

Is it still flashing Orange now @F4rley63 ?  Everything looks good from this end - your new broadband line is showing as online.

It’s still flashing orange so kids have no connection upstairs?

You were sent a new EE Smart Hub as part of your move to full fibre.  This is showing as online and working correctly.  It looks like you were also sent a Smart Wifi  Plus extender too - is this what is flashing orange?  Check the help here for how to bring it online:
