Live tv not working on switchover

I have just switched to EE. All set up fine on everything but live tv not available. Tried all steps nothing works. Apps fine.

What's the activation date in your order confirmation?

It can take up until midnight on that date for the service to start working.

It’s today. But every other thing went live without a hitch at about 05:00am so it seems odd that this one little aspect might take until midnight?  

Did you connect your TV Box before the broadband was activated?  I don't see it registered on the network.

Reboot your internet router first, and then check for software updates on your TV Box (to pick up the latest config).

Also, when you say live TV isn't available - what error do you see?
