Hi,
I've got my EE mini box set up, though as a totally blind customer it was a pain to do so and it seems to lack any simple way of getting audio description... Anyway, it would appear I get 5.1 audio through my sound system with it. I was testing my apple TV box and it would appear I only get 2.0 on all channels including now channels for which I've purchased boost and 5.1.
Could you confirm, are all channels through the EE tV app on the apple TV only 2.0 and, if so, will this be changed in the future? It's a sub optimal solution, especially as the mini box is so inaccessible to those customers of us who lack sight.

Dolby 5.1 audio is available from our on-demand content, but not currently on the channels. We're working on it now though, and hope to offer it very soon.

It depends on the content, but yes - a lot of content is available with AD.

I’m not sure when it was updated but surround is now showing on EE TV on Apple TV 4k
