Issues with TV pro and second box

Hi all,

We have had EE TV for roughly 2 months and always having issues. Last few days been unbearable. Pro box will just turn it's self off in middle of live TV or using streaming apps. It will also not always turn on with sound, have to turn off and on a few times to get sound. 

The second box we use in the bedroom has actually been trouble free until the last week. It keeps disconnecting from the WiFi and sometimes it can't even see the router. 

Had anyone else had similar issues?

Welcome to the community.

I can understand how frustrating it would be to have the box switching off when watching something. It is worth checking the standby settings to make sure there is nothing putting the box into standby or deep sleep mode.

If there isn't, it is worth trying to do a factory reset of the box.

For the second box, it is worth trying to factory reset this as well.

If there is no improvement on one or both of the boxes, reach out to our tech guides who can look into this further.
