Issues with EE TV app on Windows 11

I'm getting the error "Sorry, there's been a problem. Please try again. (WM001)" when trying to open any live channel.

Please try again now @lou184 - your account was in a bad state that it was struggling to recover from. I've reset it now.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Our Unable to Watch or Access Subscription TV Channels page has steps to try and you can check the EE TV status to see if this gets the live TV channels working.

I have also discovered this problem today when trying to log in to EE TV!  Any assitance would be appreciated.

You haven't posted from your home broadband connection or signed in with your EE TV account, so I'm unable to see who you are @Hynu 

Please email your account number to eetvsupport@ee.co.uk along with the error code you're seeing, and I'll take a look.
