Our Unable to Watch or Access Subscription TV Channels page has steps to try and you can check the EE TV status to see if this gets the live TV channels working.

I have also discovered this problem today when trying to log in to EE TV! Any assitance would be appreciated.

You haven't posted from your home broadband connection or signed in with your EE TV account, so I'm unable to see who you are @Hynu
Please email your account number to [email protected] along with the error code you're seeing, and I'll take a look.

@DesandHazel I can see you attempting to log in with an EE ID, but your broadband account is with BT.
You need to create a BT ID and add your BT account number as "Account holder". Visit www.bt.com/mybt and select the option to create a BT ID, then follow the prompts. Once set up, log in using that new account and it should work.
