Hi all,
Had full fibre broadband connected Monday which is working fine (930 Mbps Down, 111 Mbps Up) however the TV side of things is rather borked.
All live TV channels come up with error code IPC6023. TV box is connected to EE router via ethernet cable. I've tried switching cables to the router and using a different port on the router without success. I've connected TV box via Wi-Fi with no success. I've done factory resets on TV box and router without success. I've rebooted Openreach modem, router and TV box and after all this I'm still getting the same error code. Can watch anything with no problems on apps but live channels are.
I did contact EE on day of instal to highlight the problem and was advised someone would be in touch within 24 hours however this hasn't happened.
I can only surmise I have a dodgy TV box or my account has been set up incorrectly but if anyone has any suggestions for possible fixes I'd love to try them.

That error code means that the box isn't receiving the required signal via your internet connection. This can have a large number of different causes, however it's impossible to diagnose them yourself.
It's normal for the channels to not work pre-activation, which is why it couldn't be dealt with when you called previously. I'm afraid you'll need to call again now though - it'll need a fault to be raised and properly investigated by both Openreach and EE.
