I ordered a tv about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything and it’s not showing up on my orders yet

I am sorry to hear you have not heard anything about your order. 

Did you receive a confirmation email with a order number on it? 

Sometimes that can go into your spam/junk folder.
