I cant access TNT Sports on HBO Max app despite having it in my subscription

Just moved to EE from BT.  Have bought TNT sports on a standalone basis.  When logging into HBO Max app to watch it, it is not showing up and telling me / offering me the option to add a subscription for a TVV package

Help!

You need to activate it @Taggarto - it doesn't automatically just appear on your HBO Max account, as we don't know what account you want to use.

You should have received an order confirmation email with instructions relevant to the type of subscription you signed up for.

yes - i got that but the activation link doesn't lead anywhere

I've just looked at the email you were sent.  It says to visit https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/tv which will have a button to "Start activation" on it for TNT Sports.

You need to log in with your EE ID - but I see that you have created 2 EE IDs pointing to the same email address - one for [email protected] and one for [email protected]

You need to use the [email protected] address, as this is the one with your account on.
