I recently moved to EE tv package and have paid for the upgrade to have HD sports channels. Currently I can only access tnt sports channels but not their hd versions. I have been paying for the full package for 3 months now and have called over this but it’s not been fixed. I get a notification saying “let’s get you some more content” with the code BTP-11195c. I have been stuck on hold trying to contact a member. Any one have any ideas how to fix this?

Does ‘My EE’ show you as having the HD add-on?
But why are you paying for it, when the current deal is that if you have Sports, you automatically get HD? (For ‘free’, though Sports with HD costs £3 a month more than the old deal 😛)
But I’m afraid that hanging on the line until an EE Guide finally answers is the only way you will get this fixed 😢
