TV Signal issues after switching

I've just signed up with them and now a lousy tv signal, it was fine with BT, they said signing with EE would be an upgrade??

So annoying, time wasting trying to figure this all out.

Hey there @kenisa, welcome to the EE Community!

Just to be sure here, are you using an aerial with your EE TV Box, or are you using this in IP mode?
If it's the latter, do you have this connected via WiFi or Ethernet cable?

Further to what @Peter_W asks, is this the same setup you had with BT, or has anything changed?

And can you be a bit more specific about ‘lousy’?
