Hayu problem

Hi all… I’ve got the full works package and I added Hayu as an extra which is obviously powered through “Now” I’ve noticed however that there is a lot of content missing compared to the Hayu subscription service via prime. What would be the reason for this?

Hi there @mediamyster

Thanks for coming here.

You can find details on the Watch Hayu Online - Stream Reality TV with a Hayu Membership support page and if needed can use the 'contact us' option to see if Now can help you with this 🙂

One check you might wish to try @mediamyster  is for a couple of the missing content  is to use the search options on both the EETV box  and the box NOW app  for the content to see whether it is actually there but not readily findable by the app menus.

Hayu on Now has always been notorious for showing less content, and showing much of what it does show later, than Hayu by direct subscription.

You might want to cancel Hayu via Now right now (you will still get it for the month you have paid for) and go direct with Hayu (and not via anybody else) when that expires.

Thanks so much for the above everyone! I’m now subscribed via prime and all my content is there. How strange that via now it’s not all there?

are there any ways of adding my hayu via prime stuff to the EE tv watchlist?

@mediamyster  the EETV watchlist and what you can and cannot add tends to fluctuate over time and may possibly  vary according to which EETV  box you have. If you use Search on the EETV box and the search returns Prime Video  results  (amongst others)  then if you select the Prime Video item and then an episode you should get option to “watch on demand” or “add to my tv”  etc.  the “add to my tv” option would if present allow you to add it to the EE TV. watchlist.

Perhaps try it out with say searching for Below Deck. Which I think is on Hayu  so search should find Now  (Hayu) and prime video ( Hayu ) content.

Might be easier to use the prime video app’s own watchlist feature,
