HD channels are gone.

Since last Friday my HD channels are gone showing 0% quality and the others have low % of quality. Why?

I guess you are receiving the channels via an aerial as opposed to streaming on the internet. There are many possible reasons for losing channels (e.g. transmitter maintenance, aerial damage, aerial cable damage, aerial amplifier or aerial amplifier power supply damaged) odd checks easy things first and make sure the aerial connection from the box to the aerial wall socket is making good contact and maybe treat another cable

What device, and how are you receiving the channels?

Do we take it that SD channels are OK?

Try pulling both aerial connections off the YouView box, (if you have both), coupling them together, and seeing if the problem also affects your TV

If you have just the one aerial connection to the YouView box, pull that out and connect it directly to your TV, see if the problem also affects the TV.

(If neither of the above sentences are applicable, please repeat your issue from above, with a more complete description of the setup that isn’t working).
