Hi
Just joined up on 1Gb full fibre with the TV Pro box, which I also included the extra sports package.
I seen somewhere that HD and 4K are an additional extra? It this correct?
I would be very disappointed if I have to pay more for this as this wasn't made clear in the EE shop when I purchased.
If it is an added extra, how much does this cost please?
Thanks
Paul

Hi @hawkerpaul
Thanks for coming back to the community.
What is the name of the TV package you have showing in your EE account?
The Choose your TV package page has information within the 'Important information' section and then EE TV.
If you would like to check everything that is included, please give our broadband guides a call. They can check your account for you and help you further.

Thanks for coming back to me @hawkerpaul
Our Inclusive HD with EE TV sport packages article, advises 'customers on our Big Sport package will also get NOW Boost, allowing them to watch all 12 Sky Sports channels in HD, as well as watch two streams simultaneously'
If you would like to check the package, please get in touch with our broadband guides, they can access the account and check this all for you 🙂
Leanne.

Thanks again for your reply Leeanne.
So I don't automatically get 4k?
What about my Netflix? I just transferred my account over from sky to join EE and everything was 4k included for me there. I think I should have been made aware of this before deciding to terminate my old contract

@hawkerpaul Did you ask at the time of order ? Or are you assuming that the agent should inform you of something you don’t know about , How does the agent know what you don’t know unless you ask questions.
And you was paying for the privilege with sky and you can pay for the privilege with EE..

The members of staff who were dealing with my purchases on that day which included TV and broadband were made fully aware of my current situation including the fact that i was coming from a Sky Q contract, so do you not think that I should have at least been made aware of the fact, and been told that I would need to pay extra for it?
After all they asked what broadband I was on with talktalk and informed me of their equivalent package.
I was also told that EE would take over my Netflix account which was set up through Sky, so I am assuming that will remain exactly the same (ie. 4K), or again, am I being naïve?

@hawkerpaul so you didn’t ask and you are still assuming that the agents selling this know what you got with that sky package.
You pay extra for 4K even with sky and EE taking control of the Netflix account is exactly that it doesn’t cover anything extra that you paid for through Sky. Control over and extras on the account are not the same thing.
