HBO and NOW TV on apps

I have a Full works EE TV account but cant login to HBO Max on my TV or on other devices as it says my email isnt recognised. I also cant access NOW TV on another device as again it doesnt recognise my email. Can anyone help?

Just to be sure first of all, are you using the same email address that you used for sign up to try logging in to NOW / HBO Max?

Usually when you sign up, you will receive an email instructing you to create a password, which activates your account.

@eileen43 your Now TV account is on Rod's email address, not yours.  The HBO Max account may be on the same?

Can you switch it to my email? My husband rod passed away last year and I dont access his email account any more

And if the now tv details are changed to mine, how do I change the password too?
