Hello. So, I have TNT sports as an add on to a full works package SIM. I’ve downloaded the HBO Max app and tried to sign in, as per all of the EE suggested info. YES, I’m 100% sure I’ve used the same email as I used for Discovery + previously. My issue is that HBO Max doesn’t recognise my email. I’ve tried the app and online; same results. I’ve tried 150 / Tech support and was told they’d sort it within 48 hours: guess what? I still need help. I’m now paying for something I cannot use, which seems to me a contract issue.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately there are no shortcuts for EE Mobile based subscriptions - the EE Mobile helpdesk are the only team who can help. That said, many people have had more success than you - it might be worth calling again, in the hope that you get an agent who knows the new processes.
