Gb news app stopped today

I was watching gb news on the app this morning but this evening all i get is a blank screen?

@Wantmebed  Have you tried restarting the box ?  Do other apps on the box work ok ?

Seems like the issue could be at GB News end. Perhaps it may be best to contact them directly via X or similar app so that they can investigate and resolve.

I have lost it on both my boxes. Works on the smart TV app and also mobile devices. Just a blank screen on both ee boxes. I'm not on an aerial just internet.

Reset box through internet  that worked 4 me x

How did you do that? And if it was a factory reset, did you lose all of your recordings and data.
