Hi, Contract ending soon, need to reduce costs. Is it possible to have only Full Fibre 150 Ultimate @ £49.99 mth + Sports only, What total cost pleaase ?.

Hi Darren, Just to let you know that after our very painful long long unsuccesful wait for contact with EE yesterday we decided today to try and beat any queues which would build up and rang them at 8am when they opened, got through immediately, unfortunately the guy we were speaking with has a heavy cold and was not at times at all easy to understand, I explained the deal which you had advised, he went off line for a while and came back to say that this was only available to new customers, if we wanted it we would need to close current account and start afresh with new phone number etc, etc quite complicated, he did come up with several other options the best looked like a very good deal for six months then increasing by a few pounds, I will not be absolutely clear as to just what we have espesially with add ons until some time after connection to full fibre on 16th April + free tablet ?. we wait in anticipation !. ( Call took 75 minutes ) we were in need of refreshment after that!.

So glad you managed to get through @JL1951 - yesterday was unfortunately the worst day for you to try to call, as the HBO Max launch meant that call volumes were much higher than normal.
