I've just set up my new eetv box via WiFi and although apps are working I can't get the free to view channels. Box is within 5m of router. Any suggestions?
I can confirm that your TV Box isn't receiving a multicast signal @Mark_Sla, and can see that you've already called and raised a fault for it. There is unfortunately a long queue at the moment, but they'll get back to you as soon as they can.
